Apartments 1 and 2 (ground floor): large living room with fireplace, kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 4 beds and a double sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, including 1 for the disabled.
The rooms quoted are for each apartment.
Please note that the two apartments can be used jointly by opening a door that separates them, or separately keeping the door shut.

Apartment no. 3 (ground floor): kitchen and living room combined, bedroom with two beds and a double sofa bed, bathroom.

Apartment no. 4 (1st floor): large living room with fireplace, kitchen, 3 bedrooms with 9 beds and a double sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, large terrace overlooking the Umbrian valley.

Apartment no. 5 (1st floor): large living room with fireplace, kitchen, 3 bedrooms with 6 seats plus double sofa bed, 2 bathrooms.

You can simultaneously book one or more apartments, or the entire facility.

On the basement floor, there is an agrirestaurant offering Umbrian peasant cooking (on request).
